Aluminum sheet annealing

High magnesium aluminum alloy must be cooled in time after annealing.

Annealing: For all annealing aluminum plates, smoke exhaust is required when the temperature reaches 200 degrees. Each smoke exhaust time takes more than 10 minutes. During the annealing and insulation stage, the power supply must be cut off but the air must not be stopped.

Aluminum alloy plates that can be heat-treated and strengthened must be covered with asbestos cloth immediately after intermediate annealing and must not be exposed.

When loading the furnace for annealing, the sample condition must be inspected. The sample should be consistent with the aluminum plate. If there is no sample or the sample does not match the aluminum plate, annealing cannot be carried out.

Aluminum plates with grain size requirements must be annealed in a salt bath furnace.
