There are bright spots, bright marks and bright spots on the surface of the aluminum foil. The main reason is that the double oil film strength is insufficient, or the roller surface is uneven, causing uneven rolling and deformation, and the appearance is rough or foreign matter is pressed in.

Selecting a reasonable duplex oil and keeping the surface of the aluminum billet clean and the roller surface uniform are effective measures to solve these defects of aluminum foil.

Of course, it is also necessary to change the amount of reduction and choose excellent aluminum plates.
