Cutting aluminum sheet and stacking it

After the aluminum plates are stacked together, the neatness, stacking errors and tower edge damage in the length and width directions of the plate stack are mainly controlled by the position of the left and right and rear baffles.

The cause of edge damage is:

1. Due to unreasonable production process, the plate is damaged or dented on the enclosure board.

2. Side damage caused by the aluminum coil running off track.

The solution is to reasonably select the production speed and fan air volume according to the thickness and strength of the aluminum sheet and aluminum coil.
