The reason for the bending of the aluminum plate side

The reason why the aluminum plate is partially concave or wavy on one side is that the lubrication pipe is partially blocked, and the local heat bulge of the roll is developed into a local depression. The measure is to adjust the lubrication system and lubricate as required.

The side bending of the aluminum plate is because the roll shape of the roll is not correct; the aluminum plate is not centered during rolling; or the emulsion nozzle is blocked, and the roll cooling is uneven; or the thickness of the incoming aluminum plate is different on both sides; there is another situation that the deformation of both sides is not uniform during rolling or calendering.
