Reasons for aluminum plate bending

The longitudinal bending of aluminum plates is caused by

unsuitable correction conditions and processes;

the thickness deformation distribution of aluminum plates is not symmetrical, and the internal stress distribution is not balanced.

The transverse bending of aluminum plates is caused by

uneven and asymmetrical transverse thickness deformation of aluminum plates and unbalanced internal stress.

The waves on the edges and middle of aluminum plates are caused by

the excessive convexity of the rolls, the increased thermal convexity, and the rapid waves in the middle. If the roll bending is reduced to modify, the waves on the edges will appear.

The measures are to strengthen the cooling of the middle part of the rolls and change the roll bending rate, which can prevent the waves from appearing on the edges and middle of the aluminum plates at the same time.
