Reasons and preventive measures for unqualified thickness, width, and length of aluminum plates

The reason why the thickness of the aluminum plate is too thin or too thick is that

the adjustment of the pressure reduction is unreasonable;

the error of the pressure reduction indicator is too large;

the micrometer is not adjusted properly;

the roller shape control is not clear enough.

The width of the aluminum plate is too narrow, which is caused by

the hot pressing disc shear, the cold shrinkage is not well considered during adjustment;

the wrong size is measured during sawing.

The length of the aluminum plate is too short because

the hot rolling shearing length is not properly controlled;

the thick plate machine is set to size, and the cold shrinkage is not well considered during shearing;

or the wrong size is measured during sawing.
