The temperature of the gate roller can be controlled within a certain range by the amount of emulsion sprayed. Modern hot rolling mills can spray the emulsion in sections and grades. According to the template of aluminum plates aluminum strips and aluminum coils, it needs to be controlled within a certain time period. The cooling and uniform performance of the emulsion can make the surface of the aluminum plate smooth and the color difference relatively small. At the same time, the emulsion can also be used for lubrication and cleaning.
