Wooden pallets and tic-tac-toe racks used to pack aluminum coils

Wooden
pallets are mainly used for vertical packaging of aluminum coils. The bottom of the pallet is made of high-strength wood such as Lengyun and larch. The wooden planks are free of decay and mildew. No dead knots that affect the strength are allowed on the bottom, and no through joints greater than 20 mm are allowed. Joints that do not affect the strength are allowed. The size of the joints shall not exceed 40% of the width of the aluminum plate and aluminum coil, and the number of joints per meter of wood shall not exceed 5. Cracks with a width of no more than 1 mm are allowed on the bottom.
The wooden planks and wooden planks used for the pallet must be whole, and docking is not allowed. The thickness of the wooden planks and wooden planks used must be consistent, and they cannot be uneven or uneven in thickness. The width and thickness tolerances should be controlled within ±2 mm. The bottom plate is not fully covered, and a gap of 30~80 mm is left between the plates. The bottom plate and the bottom are connected by two 76.2 mm iron nails in a step-by-step manner. In order to save wood, when the weight of the aluminum coil is greater than 3 tons, a cold-rolled steel plate with a thickness of 3 mm can be used, bent into a groove shape and wrapped outside the bottom to strengthen the strength of the bottom.
The bamboo mat or plywood used to make the round roof shall not have any defects that affect the strength and waterproofness, such as delamination, bubbles, moisture, mildew, holes, etc., and shall be made of a whole piece as much as possible. When the diameter is large, one seam is allowed, but the seam gap cannot be greater than 2 mm. When making the seam, use a 100 mm wide press head of the same material, glue it firmly, and then nail it with iron nails, with the nail tips turned upside down.

The twill
frame is mainly used for horizontal packaging of aluminum coils. From the perspective of cost saving, when the weight of the aluminum coil exceeds 3 tons, a steel-wood structure base can be used. A 3mm thick cold-rolled steel plate can be bent into a U-shape and wrapped outside the wooden square to reduce the size of the wooden square.
For example, the bottom size of the twill frame used for packaging aluminum coils weighing 5 to 7 tons is 120 mm × 120 mm, and the diagonal size is 150 mm × 120 mm. If a steel-wood structure base is used instead, a twill frame with a bottom size of 100 mm × 100 mm and a diagonal size of 100 mm × 100 mm can be used.
Small aluminum coils can use a full wooden base or a full steel base.
