Packaging considerations for aluminum sheets and aluminum coils

1. The packing box should be strong enough, and the aluminum sheet and aluminum coil should not be damaged due to the damage of the packing box.
2. The packing box can be made of wood, metal or other materials.
3. The size of the packing box can meet the size requirements of the aluminum sheet and aluminum coil, ensuring that the aluminum sheet and aluminum coil will not move or be squeezed in the box. The size matching should also be considered when shipping in containers.
4. Various packing boxes should be regular, not skewed, clean and dry, and the moisture content of the wood used for inner packaging should not exceed 20%.
5. In addition to meeting the sturdiness requirements of the packing box, the belt spacing of the reinforcing belt of the long packing box should also meet the requirements of crane and forklift operations.
6. When making wooden packing boxes, the position of the nails should be arranged in a step-by-step manner, the nail caps should be close to each other, the nail tips should be turned upside down, and the nail tips should not be exposed. The corners should be protected by angle irons .
7. The water solubility of the packaging paper and inner packaging materials used should be neutral or weakly acidic.
8. The quality of the steel belt used for bundling should meet the standard requirements.
9. Moisture-proof silica gel should be placed in the packaging box of aluminum sheet, aluminum coil and aluminum foil products.
10. When packing the packaging box for aluminum sheet and aluminum coil, a layer of plastic cloth or neutral moisture-proof paper or other moisture-proof materials with a thickness of not less than 0.08 mm should be laid in the packaging box first, and then two layers of kraft paper or neutral oil-impregnated paper should be laid. After the aluminum sheet and aluminum coil are put into the box, the packaging paper on the four sides should be wrapped regularly upward. It should also be sealed with tape, and then covered with a layer of moisture-proof paper or plastic cloth before it can be sealed.
