In addition, during the bending and straightening process, a severe bending deformation will occur on the rollers. A part of the tension applied to the aluminum coil will be converted into the pressure of the aluminum coil on the tension roller, and finally form a friction force to drive the roller group. Therefore, if the surface of the aluminum coil is not cleaned, the aluminum oxide powder will fall off during deformation and be adsorbed on the roller surface of the tension roller along with the oil stains, which will cause the roller
surface to wear and cause the aluminum sheet to be scratched. Therefore, it must be cleaned by a special cleaning device. Cleaning is to use a pressure pump to pressurize the cleaning medium, and perform non-contact spraying or contact brushing on the surface of the aluminum coil, so that the aluminum powder and oil stains on the surface of the aluminum coil are dissolved and fall into the cleaning medium, and then squeezed by the squeeze roller and purged with high-pressure air, or even dried with high-temperature air, to obtain a clean and dry aluminum coil.
At the same time, by continuously replenishing the cleaning medium and using it with the online circulating filtration system, the cleaning medium will be kept sufficient and clean, which can greatly save heat energy and cleaning medium.
At present, the commonly used cleaning media for the bending and straightening machines in the aluminum processing industry are detergents, softened hot water, and chemical solvents.
1. Softened hot water is economical, easy to obtain, and safe, but it has many auxiliary equipment, consumes a lot of electricity, and has high requirements for drying, otherwise it is easy to cause random corrosion, and the cleaning ability is limited, affecting the speed of the whole machine.
2. Cleaning agent. The cleaning agent is composed of kerosene or light diesel oil. It has a good dissolving effect on rolling oil and aluminum powder hydraulic oil, and has a good volatilization effect. It has low requirements for purge, does not cause corrosion, and does not affect the speed of the whole machine. The disadvantage is that the cost is relatively high and there is a fire hazard, so it must be equipped with a circulating filtration system and a fire extinguishing system.
3. Chemical solvents use chemical solutions such as alkali solution of a certain concentration to react with the surface of the aluminum plate to a certain extent to remove aluminum powder and oil stains on the surface. The advantages are. The cleaning effect is very good, and the disadvantages are that there are many auxiliary equipment, it is not environmentally friendly, and it affects the speed of the whole machine.
